Wholesale International Couriers and its agents are not to be liable for losses or damage caused by any carrier used by Wholesale International Couriers in excess of the amount recovered by Wholesale International Couriers from the carrier on behalf of the customer.

Customers are therefore advised to seek their own insurance in areas where fault and liability may not be clearly accepted by the carrier.
